Privacy policy

What the site collects

When you sign in with Google, the site receives your Google account identifier, name, and email address. It also stores information you add, including a nickname, bio, profile photo, roster claim, match submissions, confirmations, disputes, tournament entries, and administrative decisions.

How information is used

The site uses this information to identify participants, prevent duplicate accounts, run rankings and tournaments, confirm match results, resolve disputes, and manage the chapter competition. Rankings, player display names, profile details you choose to publish, tournament information, and approved match results are public. Account email addresses and Google account identifiers are not included in the public rankings data.

Storage and sharing

Data, profile photos, and encrypted hosting backups are stored with the website hosting provider. Google sign-in data is used only to operate this service. The site does not sell personal information or use it for advertising. Information may be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect the service and its users.

Notifications and activity

Signed-in members receive private in-app notifications about confirmations, manager decisions, challenges, tournaments, and account changes. Notifications are kept for up to 90 days. The site counts anonymous daily page views and successful sign-ins so managers can understand site use; it does not use advertising trackers.

Your choices

You may edit optional profile information or delete your account from your profile. Deletion removes your sign-in record, email, notifications, photo, nickname, and bio. Your display name may remain on approved historical results to preserve ranking integrity. The primary manager must transfer ownership before deleting their account. For help, contact edward.ahrens.3@gmail.com.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the service changes. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
